1. Right to Refuse Service

For the safety and comfort of all guests, Mansion Nail Lounge reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who:

  • Has a visible nail or skin condition that may be contagious.
  • Has open wounds, sores, or infections in the treatment area.
  • Exhibits rude, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or guests.
  • Has a medical condition that may be negatively affected by nail services.

2. Payment Policy

Please ensure your preferred payment method is ready before your service begins.

  • Accepted payments: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Mansion Nail Lounge Gift Certificates.
  • No checks accepted.
  • Failure to pay for completed services may result in legal action for theft of service.
  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges after services are rendered.

3. Cancellation, No-Show, and Late Arrival

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

  • 24+ Hours Notice: No cancellation fee.
  • Same-Day Cancellation or Reschedule: Charged 50% of booked service(s).
  • No-Show: Charged 100% of booked service(s).
  • Late Arrivals (10+ minutes): Appointment may be shortened or forfeited.
  • A credit card is required to secure all appointments.

We appreciate your understanding and respect for our team’s time.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in our work and strive for your satisfaction.
If you experience any issue with your gel or builder gel nails, please contact us within 3 days of your original appointment.
We will gladly make necessary corrections at no charge if the issue is due to technician error.

Not covered under this guarantee:

  • Regular polish (no warranty).
  • Damage caused by daily activities, blunt force, biting, picking, or improper aftercare.
  • Nails serviced or altered at another salon.
  • Chemical exposure without gloves.

5. Refund Policy

  • All sales and services are non-refundable.
  • If you are dissatisfied, please notify us before leaving the salon or within 3 days to allow for adjustments.
  • Refunds will not be issued once you have left the salon or after service completion.

6. Client Safety & Hygiene

  • Children: Only children receiving services may remain in the salon. Children under 10 must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
  • Personal Belongings: Mansion Nail Lounge is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
  • Cell Phones: Please keep phones on silent or vibrate and avoid loud conversations.
  • Health Precautions: We do not use blades or sharp tools to remove skin or calluses.
  • Weight Limit: Spa chair maximum capacity is 250 lbs for safety reasons.

7. Gift Certificates

  • Non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Treated as cash; lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced.
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash or canceled once issued.
  • Must be used before the expiration date.
  • The holder is responsible for the safety and use of their certificate.

8. Waxing Services

For your safety, waxing services cannot be performed on clients using Accutane, Retin-A, or antibiotics.

Please allow at least 24 hours before sun exposure after waxing to prevent irritation.

9. Pets & Service Animals

Pets are not allowed inside the salon, except for certified service animals as permitted by law.

This policy helps maintain a clean and allergy-safe environment for all guests.

10. Complaints or Concerns

If you have any questions or feedback regarding your service, please contact management within 3 business days.
